Alumni records and tracer studies
Arkantara's alumni app picks up graduates from the graduation module, so the school never rebuilds its graduate list. Schools can run alumni tracer studies, message each graduating year, and learn what graduates do after school.

What you can do

Alumni records from graduation
Graduates from finalized cohorts are added with their graduation year. Students with graduated status can also be registered as alumni one by one.

Contacts, study, and work history
Keep each graduate's contacts, home city, current activity, further education, and employment history. Alumni data exports to CSV.

Alumni tracer study
Open a tracer survey for a year. Alumni report what they do after graduating, their institution or employer, how relevant school was on a 1 to 5 scale, and feedback for the school.

Cross-cohort analytics
See, for each cohort, the share of graduates studying, working, running a business, or job seeking, plus average relevance. Each graduate counts once, by their latest answer.

Alumni self-registration
Graduates sign up through a public form with explicit consent to data processing, and the school verifies them against its graduate records. There is no public alumni directory.

Alumni messages and events
Message all alumni or one graduating year, optionally by email to those who have not unsubscribed. Record alumni events such as reunions and who took part.
Frequently asked questions
How do alumni fill in the tracer study?
Alumni with an account open their alumni profile, update their contacts, and answer any open tracer survey. School staff can also enter answers on a graduate's behalf, for example after a phone call.
Is alumni data visible to the public?
No. The alumni sign-up form only sends data for the school to verify and does not reveal whether it matched. Alumni data is visible only to users with permission, and every export is recorded in the audit log.
Can alumni stop receiving school emails?
Yes. Every alumni message email includes an unsubscribe link. After unsubscribing, the graduate gets no more emails, while in-app messages remain available to alumni who have an account.
