Clash-free school timetable software

Arkantara's school timetable software records weekly lessons for each class subject and refuses any slot that clashes on class, teacher, or room. Behind it sits a tidy academic system: academic years, semesters, class groups, homeroom teachers, student placement, and promotion.

What you can do

  • Clash-free lesson timetable

Each lesson is saved by weekday, time, and semester. If the class, teacher, or room is already taken at that time, the system refuses it and names the clashing lesson.

  • Views by class, teacher, and room

Weekly views for one class, one teacher, or one room. Teachers can subscribe to their teaching schedule in a calendar app through a private iCal link.

  • Exam schedules and room bookings

Exam slots carry the date, time, room, and proctor, with clashes refused. Room bookings are refused when they overlap a lesson, an exam, or another booking.

  • Substitutes and teaching journals

Substitutes are offered only from staff who are free at that time and not on leave. The teaching journal records the topic, activities, and issues of each lesson.

  • A tidy school academic system

Academic years, semesters, classes, homeroom teachers, student placement, and class subjects in one place. Kurikulum Merdeka, K13, or KTSP is set per grade.

  • Promotion and graduation

Promote or graduate students class by class while each student's academic history is kept. Students already processed are skipped, so a batch is safe to rerun.

Frequently asked questions

Does it generate the timetable automatically?

Schedule managers enter each lesson; the system does not build the timetable by itself. What is automatic is the check: every lesson is tested against class, teacher, and room, and clashes are refused before saving.

Who can see the timetable?

Teachers and staff with permission see it by class, teacher, or room. Parents see their child's lessons and exams in the parent portal. Students can see it when the school adds the schedule permission to the student role.

What happens when a teacher cannot teach?

Schedule managers pick the teacher and a date range, then assign a substitute per lesson. The substitute is notified and the lesson appears in their teaching journal. Approved teacher leave links straight to this page.
