SPP payment and school finance software
Arkantara's SPP payment software helps treasurers and school offices manage school bills, from SPP tuition to registration, activity, and exam fees. Parents see their child's invoices in the portal and can pay SPP online through the school's DOKU account. As school finance software, it also covers receipts, a cash book, and the RKAS budget.

SPP invoices and school fees
Set up fee types such as SPP, registration, activities, and exams. Issue invoices per student or for a whole class or grade at once, without doubling any invoice.

School fee installments and scholarships
Split one fee into 2 to 12 scheduled installments. Scholarships as a percentage or a fixed amount reduce invoices automatically, and fines can be added when needed.

Online SPP payment through DOKU
Each school connects its own DOKU merchant account. Parents press Pay online in the portal, and payments confirmed by DOKU are recorded automatically, with no re-entry.

Automatic receipts with a QR code
Every payment gets a numbered receipt showing the balance left at that moment, ready to print or download as a PDF. A QR code on the PDF lets anyone check that the receipt is genuine.

Invoice notifications and reminders
Guardians get in-app notifications when an invoice is issued, a payment is received, a fine is added, or an invoice is cancelled, plus reminders for overdue invoices.

Finance reports, cash book, and RKAS
Track outstanding and overdue invoices and monthly income. Export transactions to CSV, keep a cash book, and compare the school RKAS budget with actual figures.
Frequently asked questions
Can parents pay SPP online?
Yes, once the school connects its own DOKU merchant account. Guardians open their child's invoice in the parent portal, press Pay online, and finish on the DOKU page. Confirmed payments are recorded automatically with a receipt. Staff can still record cash and transfers.
Who can see students' financial data?
Finance pages open only to users with finance permissions, such as treasurers and school admins. The teacher role template has no finance access. Guardians see only the invoices and receipts of children linked to their account.
What if a payment was recorded by mistake?
Manual payments are never deleted. They are reversed with a reason that goes to the audit log, and the receipt then shows as cancelled when its QR code is checked. Online payments cannot be reversed manually, because refunds happen at DOKU.
