Graduation decisions and SKL certificates
Arkantara's graduation app takes the school from the candidate list to the SKL (surat keterangan lulus, the graduation certificate). Parents see the decision and the SKL only after the school finalizes graduation, so interim results never leak.

Candidates per graduating cohort
Create a cohort per academic year and grade, then add candidates straight from their classes. The candidate list with decisions exports to CSV.

Requirements checklist per student
Set required and optional requirements for each cohort and tick them per student. A pass decision is refused while any required item is still unmet.

Decision meeting and outcomes
Record the meeting date, minutes number, and notes, then mark each candidate as graduated or not graduated. Every decision is kept in the audit log.

Numbered SKL with a QR code
SKL numbers are issued in sequence with a prefix the school chooses. Each SKL is a printable page and a PDF, and the PDF printed from the graduation page carries a verification QR code.

Online graduation results for parents
Once the cohort is finalized, parents see the decision and document number in the portal and download the SKL. Until then the portal only shows in progress.

Graduated status and alumni handoff
Finalizing the cohort marks students as graduated and closes their class membership. Graduates can then be passed on to the Alumni module.
Frequently asked questions
When can parents see the graduation result?
After the school records the meeting minutes, decides every candidate, and finalizes the cohort. Before that, the parent portal only shows that the process is in progress.
How can others check that an SKL is genuine?
The SKL PDF printed by the school carries a QR code. Scanning it opens a verification page, no sign-in needed, with the document type, number, masked name, date, and status. It shows as valid only if the cohort is finalized and the decision is graduated.
How are SKL numbers assigned?
The school sets a document number prefix for each cohort, such as SKL. Numbers are assigned in sequence when a student is marked as graduated and combined with the academic year.
