Digital report cards for Kurikulum Merdeka

Arkantara's digital report cards bring together grade entry by teachers, homeroom notes, and grade approval before reports are released. The format follows each grade's curriculum: Kurikulum Merdeka, Kurikulum 2013, or KTSP.

What you can do

  • Merdeka, K13, and KTSP formats

Merdeka reports show final grades, competency achievement, phase, and P5 projects. K13 shows knowledge, skills, predicates, and attitude; KTSP shows the grade in numbers and words with a predicate.

  • Grade entry for teachers

Teachers fill in grade sheets with weighted components and a KKM per class subject. Assignment and CBT scores can be pulled in directly, with a preview before saving.

  • Approval and grade locking

Grade sheets are submitted, approved, and then locked. Every grade change is kept in the history, so the school knows who changed what.

  • Remedial scores beside the original

Scores below the KKM can get a remedial score. The original stays on record; the higher of the two counts, with the remedial capped at the KKM.

  • Learning objectives and descriptions

Assignments and CBT questions can be tagged with learning objectives. For Kurikulum Merdeka, achievement description drafts can be filled from objective scores.

  • Digital PDF report cards with QR check

Report cards print or download as PDF. The QR code on each report opens a page that confirms the document is genuine without showing any grades.

Frequently asked questions

Which curricula are supported?

Kurikulum Merdeka with phases A to F and P5 projects, Kurikulum 2013, and KTSP. The curriculum is set per grade each academic year, and assessment period labels follow it, such as STS and SAS for Merdeka.

When can students and parents see the report card?

Once every end-of-semester grade sheet for that class is approved. Before that, they only see a note that the report is not yet available. Once final, the report can be opened and downloaded as PDF, including from the parent portal.

Who enters and approves grades?

Teachers enter grades for the subjects they teach, and homeroom teachers write report notes. Approval is done by users whose role the school grants approval rights. An approved sheet can only be reopened with a reason.
