Arkantara's school reports are calculated from the data recorded every day in other modules, so there is no manual recap. They range from student counts and class attendance to grades and rankings, up to a school dashboard that sums up finance and operations.

Student counts by status, gender, and grade, plus each class's homeroom teacher, enrolment, capacity, and subjects.

Sessions, counts per status, and attendance rate per class, plus a monthly attendance trend for one class across the semester.

Average final grades per subject and student rankings, plus each student's progress across semesters: grades, rank, and attendance.

Executive school dashboard
Finance, payroll, library, transport, canteen, and inventory figures for one date range, with links to each module's own reports.

Period-over-period analytics
Compare income, canteen sales, library loans, transport boardings, and maintenance costs with the previous period, or view a 3, 6, or 12-month trend.

Every table report downloads as CSV and as PDF with the school letterhead. Reports appear only to users whose role is granted access.
Frequently asked questions
Where does the report data come from?
From data already recorded in other modules, such as attendance, grading, finance, and the library. Reports are calculated when opened, so there is no separate recap to fill in again.
Who can see the reports?
Access is set through roles. Basic reports, academic reports, and the executive dashboard each have their own permission, so the school can keep finance and operations reports to its leadership.
Can reports be printed or shared?
Yes. Report tables download as CSV for use in a spreadsheet, or as PDF with the school letterhead. The executive dashboard and the period comparison have their own PDF as well.
