School inventory and asset software
Arkantara's school inventory software records every school asset with its inventory code, location, condition, and the person responsible. Loans, transfers, maintenance, and disposal are kept in a history that cannot be edited. Consumable supplies are managed in the same place.

Each asset holds its inventory code, category, location, condition, serial number, acquisition value, photo, and the person responsible.

School asset loans and returns
Lend assets to students or staff with a due date, record the condition on return, and keep track of overdue loans.

Maintenance, transfers, and disposal
Log maintenance with its cost and technician, move assets between locations or custodians, and dispose of assets with a reason. Everything lands in the asset history.

Asset depreciation and book value
Straight-line depreciation by useful life per category, counted in whole months and whole rupiah, shown on the asset page, the inventory report, and the CSV.

Barcode and QR asset labels
Print Code 128 or QR labels for one asset or every asset in a location. The QR code opens the asset page on a phone, still behind sign-in and permissions.

Consumable supply stock
Stock in, stock out, and stock takes are recorded as movements that cannot be edited, with a low-stock warning. Purchases add stock and can post to the finance cash book.
Frequently asked questions
Can school assets be checked by scanning a QR code?
Yes. The QR label opens that asset's page in Arkantara. Whoever scans it still has to sign in with inventory permission, so asset data is never open to the public.
Who can change inventory data?
Permissions are separate: viewing assets, managing asset data and locations, and running loans, transfers, maintenance, disposal, and supply movements. Key changes are recorded in the audit log.
Can the inventory report be exported?
Yes. The inventory report summarizes assets by status, condition, and category with acquisition value and book value, and it can be downloaded as a CSV.
