Extracurricular management and attendance
Arkantara keeps every extracurricular activity per academic year with its coach, members, and practice schedule. Coaches take attendance and enter semester scores, and the school issues certificates that parents download from the portal.

What you can do

Extracurricular catalog and coaches
Create activities per academic year with a description, a coach from the staff records, and a member quota. New members are refused once the quota is full.

Members and practice schedules
Add students as members or leaders with join and leave dates. Practice schedules record the day, time, and location.

Attendance per session
Coaches open a practice session and mark each member present, sick, excused, absent, or late. Attendance totals show for every member.

Semester scores and descriptors
Enter a whole-number score from 0 to 100 and a descriptor for each member per semester. Activity reports download as CSV.

Certificates with a QR code
Issue numbered certificates per semester showing attendance and score. Anyone can scan the QR code on the PDF to check that it is genuine, without signing in.

Activities in the parent portal
Parents see which activities their child joins, the coach, sessions attended, semester scores, and can download the certificates.
Frequently asked questions
Can coaches take attendance themselves?
Yes. Coaches with coach permission manage members, schedules, sessions, attendance, scores, and certificates for their own activities only. Extracurricular managers can manage every activity.
What do parents see about their child's activities?
In the parent portal, guardians see each activity their child joins with role, coach, sessions attended, and semester scores, and can download certificates as PDF.
How are competition results from activities recorded?
Achievements are recorded in the Student Affairs module with level, rank, and organizer, and linked to the related activity. Guardians are notified when a new achievement is recorded.
