For primary, junior high, senior high, vocational schools, and foundations
Run your school from admissions to report cards in one app.
Arkantara is school management software for primary to vocational high schools: admissions, attendance, timetables, CBT exams, grading and report cards, fees, and a parent portal. Each school's data stays separate, with one flat price per school.
- 14-day trial with every module
- Priced per school, not per student
- No installation: browser and phone
- Each school's data in its own space
Highlights

Each card names the cheapest package that includes it and links to its feature page; everything is open during the trial.
-
Learn about Online admissions (SPMB/PPDB)Available from the Professional package
Admissions without queues, from the poster to the student record
The admissions page lives on the school website, applicants register and upload documents themselves, the committee verifies and selects, and accepted applicants become student records without retyping.

- Selection tests run on CBT without applicant accounts
- Status check with a registration number and access code
-
Learn about Online exams (CBT)Available from the Professional package

- Diagnostic exams per learning objective
-
Learn about Digital report cardsAvailable from the Professional package
Teachers enter it once, report cards build themselves

- Remedial scores beside the original
- Every grade change is recorded
-
Learn about Finance and fees (SPP)Available from the Enterprise package
Fees paid online, receipts issued automatically
Per-student invoices with installments and scholarships, online payment through DOKU, QR-coded PDF receipts, due-date reminders, plus the cash book and finance reports. Student savings are recorded too, and teacher payroll is computed from attendance.

Learn about Parent portalAvailable from the Professional package

- Notifications in the app, by email, and on devices
- One guardian account for several children
- Installable on the phone's home screen
-
Learn about Data securityIncluded in every package
School data kept separate, recorded, and owned by the school
Every school uses its own database schema, access is denied unless a role and the package allow it, important changes go into an audit log that cannot be altered, and admins can export all school data as a ZIP file.
- Two-step verification and passkeys
- Sessions on other devices can be revoked
- HTTPS and private files behind temporary links

Every module shares the same master data, so students, classes, and staff are never typed twice.

Frequently asked questions
Feature-specific questions are answered on each feature page.
All featuresDoes the school need to install an app or a server?
No. Arkantara runs in the browser on computers and phones, can be added to the home screen as a web app, and receives device notifications. The platform team sets up the school's space.
How is pricing calculated?
Per school, monthly or yearly, by the chosen package; never per student and with no user or data limits. Every school starts with a 14-day trial of every module, and foundations with several schools get their own package.
Is our school's data kept apart from other schools?
Yes. Every school uses its own database schema and its files are stored separately, including between schools in one foundation. One account can sign in to one school only.
Can we move data over from a spreadsheet or another app?
Yes. Student, guardian, and staff data are imported from CSV templates with a preview and row-by-row checks before anything is saved; CBT question banks can be imported from CSV too. The trial can run alongside the old app.
What happens to our data if we stop subscribing?
A school admin can export all data as one ZIP file with a CSV per table and the uploaded files, and every export is recorded in the audit log. Data is kept after the trial ends.
Which curricula do report cards support?
Kurikulum Merdeka, Kurikulum 2013, and KTSP. The curriculum is set per grade each academic year, and the report card format and assessment period labels follow it.
