School e-learning for lessons and assignments

Arkantara's school e-learning gives every class subject an online classroom: teachers share materials, set assignments with due dates, then grade and give feedback. Students see every unsubmitted assignment in one agenda, and scores can be pulled into the report card grade sheet.

What you can do

  • School e-learning per class subject

Materials and assignments hold text, a link, and one attachment, and can be scheduled to publish automatically. Teachers can copy them to parallel classes as drafts.

  • Flexible online submissions

Students submit a text answer, a link, or a file. Teachers set the due date, the maximum score, and whether late work is accepted.

  • Rubric grading and feedback

Teachers pick a level per rubric criterion and the score is calculated for them. A private comment bank speeds up feedback, and work can be returned for revision.

  • One to-grade queue

One page lists ungraded submissions and CBT essays waiting for a score, with the longest waiting first.

  • Moderated class discussions

Each class subject has a discussion space with comments and replies. Inappropriate comments can be hidden, and formulas render cleanly in materials and discussions.

  • Assignment agenda and reminders

Students see unsubmitted work across subjects. A reminder goes out the day before the due date, and parents are told when work is still missing.

Frequently asked questions

Does it include live video classes?

Arkantara's e-learning focuses on materials, assignments, and discussions; it has no built-in video conferencing. Teachers can add a link to a material or assignment, such as a video or the meeting room the school already uses.

What do parents see?

In the parent portal, guardians see materials and assignments per subject with their child's submission status, including work returned for revision. The child's assignment agenda also appears on the portal overview.

Can assignment scores go into report cards?

Yes, when the grading module is on. From the grade sheet, teachers pick graded assignments; scores are converted to a 100-point scale and averaged per student. Work not yet fully graded is never counted as zero.
