Building a school website does not have to start from scratch. Every Arkantara school gets a public home page on an arkantara.com subdomain, filled from the school profile and existing data, with a choice of templates and PPDB pages. Schools can also use their own domain, such as a sch.id domain.

What you can do

  • Home page from your school profile

    Fill in a tagline, about text, principal's welcome, vision, mission, highlights, facilities, main photo, and contact details. Empty sections are not shown.

  • Three school website templates

    Choose Kampus digital, Klasik, or Ceria and preview each one with your own content before saving. The PPDB pages follow the same template.

  • Automatic data, no personal details

    Active student and teacher counts, classes, extracurriculars, the academic year, and open PPDB intakes appear automatically. The school figures can be hidden.

  • PPDB information and registration

    With the admissions module, applicants read requirements, schedule, tracks, and fees, then apply online and check their status with a registration number.

  • Your own domain, including sch.id

    Submit the domain from school settings. The system sets up a Cloudflare zone, shows the nameservers, configures DNS and HTTPS, and activates the domain once verified.

  • School email on your domain

    Shared addresses such as info@ and ppdb@ are read in the app's mailbox by the roles you choose, using the school's own Resend account. New mail can be announced on Telegram.

Frequently asked questions

Does Arkantara register the sch.id domain for us?

No. The school registers its domain, including sch.id, with a registrar of its choice, then switches the nameservers to the ones Arkantara shows. Meanwhile the website stays available on its arkantara.com subdomain.

Do we need a web developer to run the school website?

No. A school admin fills in the profile through plain text forms and picks a template, while extracurriculars and PPDB intakes come from modules already in use. The home page is in every plan; a custom domain and school email depend on the plan.

Can search engines find the school website?

The school's home page and PPDB pages can be indexed and are listed in the school's sitemap, with a description and preview image from the profile. Sign-in and app pages are kept out of the index.
